1. Orders and Customization

Since we specialize in handcrafted Islamic art, custom door takhtis, and LED lamps, many of our products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you agree that the details supplied (including names, spelling, and customization parameters) are accurate. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupee). Payments must be completed online via Razorpay or as otherwise agreed during checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing, run promotional discounts, or cancel orders containing pricing errors.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping. We ship throughout India using reliable courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on customization requirements, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item is damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof to request a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, logo, and artwork, is the intellectual property of Saifee Burhani Art & Laser. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.
